Offensive defense is now the mainstream tactic in basketball games.To achieve a better develop-ment of the tactic,this thesis attempts to discuss the advantages of it,the factors influencing the use of it,and the train-ing of the tactic.It aims to improve the players＇ awareness of defense and their skills of offensive defense,so as to pro-mote the development of the sport.
