肥胖女性功率车运动推算公式的比较研究

摘要 对现有的与女性相关的3个摄氧量推算公式应用于我国肥胖女性的精确性进行验证。40名受试者分别完成一个递增负荷的功率车运动,负荷以0w起,每3分钟递增30w,至120w结束运动,功率车转速为60转/分钟。用摄氧量实测值和现有的3个功率车运动摄氧量推算公式推测值比较,验证公式精确性。现有的三个摄氧量推算公式应用于我国青年肥胖女性均存在一定误差。年龄、性别、体脂百分比、运动训练、健康状况等,会对运动中的摄氧量产生重要影响。因此,在对肥胖人群功率车运动摄氧量进行公式推算时,最好选择和研究对象为同质人群为样本建立的公式。 The study aims to verify the precision in applying the three existing calculation equations concerning oxygen intake by females. It finds that the three equations may lead to some deviation if applied to obese females in China. It concludes that the age, gender, body fat percentage, physical exercises, health condition all affect the intake of oxygen in doing exercises; therefore, to calculate with an equation the oxygen intake by obese population when taking bicycle ergometer, we should choose the one established with the homogeneous population.
