本文报道了由大豆油脚毛油经Twitchell法水解制混合脂肪酸的工艺过程。并对工艺多数进行了确定。水解温度100℃．二级水解、油：水：硫酸：催化剂＝1：0．5：0．1：0．01（wt％）。

The articlc dcscribed a method which can hydrolysis crude oil of oil foot. The methed is calledTwitchell method. The reaction parameters are determined through experiments: oil: H2O: H2SO4:Catlyst =1: 0. 5: 0. 1: 0. 01 (wt%).
