将过筛后的金属试料通过选定筛网在模具中压成圆片状丸子试样，直接在光电直读光谱仪上进行分析。所得数据偏差小于0．003，优于化学分析法测得结果。

Take a sample of metal chips screened put it in the model and press it into cirde slice of ball,then analysis it directly in the spectrum analysis of optical reader, deviation of analysis data is 0. 003 andthe analysis result is better than of chemical method.
