摘要
具有理与实践相结合的能力是当今社会对人才的需求，本文就如何在《电工学》的教学活动中培养学生的实践能力和创新能力进行了有益的探讨。
The talents who have the ability to integrate theory with practise are demanded by the present society. This paper disscuses how to foster students' ability to practise and bring forth new ideas in electrotechnology teaching.
