片状增强体含量及形态对摩擦材料性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Volume Fraction and Diameter thickness Ratio of Flake Reinforcements on Performance of Friction Composites

摘要 以自行研制的片状增强摩擦材料为对象 ,研究了不同片状增强体含量及径厚比对摩擦复合材料的冲击强度及摩擦磨损性能指标的影响。结果表明 ,随着增强体含量增加 ,其冲击强度呈一峰形分布 ;随其径厚比的增大 ,冲击强度增高 ;片含量与径厚比对其摩擦系数的影响 ,主要表现在不同工作温度阶段 ,其摩擦系数平均值较稳定 ;摩擦材料的磨损量随片径厚比增大而增加。 The effects of volume fraction and diameter thickness ratio of different flake reinforcements on the impact strength and the friction performance of friction composites is investigated on the basis of analyzing the flake reinforced braking friction composites. The results indicate that the impact strength distribution of the friction composites against volume fraction of reinforcement is a kurtosis, and the impact strength increases as the diameter thickness ratio of flake reinforcement increases. The effects of volume fraction and the diameter thickness ratio of flake reinforcement on friction coefficient are different at different temperature zones, the mean value of friction coefficient become more stable and the wear of friction composites increases as the diameter thickness ratio of flake reinforcement increases. Flake vermiculite has some good effects on the friction and wear properties of friction composites at high temperatures.
