摘要
太极拳运动是我国的传统体育项目,也是我国人民在长期的社会实践中不断积累和丰富起来的一项宝贵的文化遗产。因其简单易学、可操作性强、形式多变具有适用性等独特优势,在全民健身运动中扮演着重要的角色。习练太极拳不仅利于健身养性、益于全民的身心健康,而且可以缓解社会保障系统的压力,推动全民健身运动的发展,有利于社会主义和谐社会建设。
Taijiquan is a traditional sport in our country and it is a valuable cultural heritage accumulated and enriched by Chinese in the long-term social practice. It plays an important role in national fitness because of its unique advantages of easy to learn and operate, varied applicability. Practicing Taijiquan is not only conducive to fitness cultivation, but benefit to the physical and mental health of all people, and it can ease the pressure on the social security system. Promoting the development of the national fitness movement is conducive to the building of a socialist harmonious society.
