摘要
基于生态经济学思想,首先从企业外部环境出发,探讨基于生态位概念的强权型、计谋型和技巧型油公司在其所处生态环境中的生态位与势,并分析每个生态位中油公司的经营策略;其次从企业自身出发,研究企业内部自组织结构,分析改善油公司内部结构的关键因素;最后结合油公司内外部环境,分析其在不同生态位中采取的经营策略,提出油公司生态位经营策略的建议。
Based on ecological economics, this paper firstly describes the environment of oil companies, classifies oil companies into three types, the powerful, the strategic and the technical, and discusses its niche and potential energy. And then this paper discusses internal structure of oil companies, and puts forward important elements for improving its internal structure. Finally, according to different niche and environment, this paper analyses oil companies' management and puts forward some suggestions.
