摘要
为了提高纳米TiO2的光催化性能,这里采用溶胶-凝胶法将稀土元素钕掺杂于纳米TiO2体系,制备了钕掺杂纳米光催化剂Nd-TiO2,通过XRD、SEM、TEM、XPS等对其表观形貌,晶体结构进行了测试分析,以甲基橙作为目标降解物,研究其光催化性能。结果表明:钕掺杂到纳米TiO2中,在禁带中部形成杂质能级,杂质能级可以作为电子的捕获中心,提高了TiO2的光催化活性;同时钕掺杂抑制了纳米TiO2晶粒的生长和晶型的转变。在紫外灯下,经550℃热处理4小时,掺钕量与TiO2摩尔比为1∶200条件下制备的催化剂其光催化降解率高达89.8%。
The TiO 2 photocatalyst samples doped with neodymium were prepared by sol-gel method for improving the photocatalytic activity of TiO 2.The surface morphology and properties of synthesized composites films were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and XPS.The photocatalytic reactivity studies of Nd-TiO 2 were evaluated by photodegradation of the methyl orange(MO) under ultraviolet irradiation.The results show that the impurity level which was formed in the middle of forbidden band could be conduct as the capture center of electrons by neodymium doping.So that improved the photocatalytic activity of TiO 2.The neodymium doping inhibits the growth of crystallite size and transformations of crystallite phase from anatase to rutile.The activity of the sample prepared at 550℃,n(Nd) ∶n(TiO 2)=1∶200 is the best under ultraviolet lamp for 4h and its degradation rate is 89.8%.
