摘要
TPP是目前美国着力打造的洲际FTA,其目的是构建"可持续的21世纪贸易框架",主导亚太区域经济一体化进程。在市场准入、跨领域问题以及下一代贸易与投资议题等方面,美国都有其强烈的利益诉求。美国在TPP中试图谋求宽领域、深层次、高标准和前瞻性的经济利益,巩固并保持其竞争优势,维护在世界经济中的"领袖"地位。
TPP is an Inter-Continental FTA which the United States makes efforts to establish, aiming to construct a ＂Sustainable Trading Framework for the 21st Century＂ and to lead the process of the Asia-Pacific re- gional economic integration. The Unite States has strong interests in many aspects such as market access, cross- border issues and the next generation trade and investment issues. U. S intends to seek wide-ranging, deep, high- standard and prospective economic interests from TPP to consolidate its competitive advantage and maintain its leadership in the world economy.
