日韩农地规模经营的发展及其对中国的启示

Development on Farmland Scale Operation in Japan and Korea as well as Their Experience to China

通过概括分析日韩国家农地经营规模的现状和特点,认为日韩两国的农地规模均以小规模的适度规模经营为主;通过总结日本、韩国推进农地规模经营的成功经验,发现日韩两国在推进农地规模经营过程中的主要做法在于法律法规制定、政策支持、产业组织扶持以及农业经营方式转型等。

After summarized the status and characteristics of farmland scale operation in Japan and Korea, we can find the small scale operation characteristic shown in these two countries. According to the successful ex- periences of farmland scale operation in Japan and Korea, this paper demonstrated that the main ways in promo- ting farmland scale operation in foreign countries were law regulations, policy support, industrial organization support and transformation of agricultural management, etc.
