摘要 针对传统废气监控系统系统部署和维护成本高,提出了一种基于物联网技术对烟囱废气进行实时可靠数据采集和监控的系统;首先,对系统总体框架进行了描述和分析,对系统的硬件即无线传感器节点、网关节点进行了设计,在此基础上对系统的软件流程进行了定义,从而实现了基于物联网的烟囱废气数据采集和监控系统;通过对系统进行测试结果表明,PH传感器的5个值中有4个显示为碱性,碱性废气含量超标,应采取相应酸处理措施再进行排出,因此文中方法能有效地对烟囱进行数据采集和监控。 In order to solve the high costs of development and maintenance of the traditional monitor of the chimney exhaust, a system based on internet of things technology is designed. Firstly, the main framework of system is described and analyzed, the hardware including wireless sensor node and gateway is designed, and then the software flow of the system is described, therefore, the data mining and monito- ring system is realized. The system is tested and the four values of PH sensor showing alkaline, so the alkaline exhaust excessive level and the corresponding acid treatment should be taken. Therefore, the method in this paper can effectively acquire data and monitor for the chim- ney.
