摘要 针对开关磁阻电机精确角度控制的需要,设计实现了具有高精度的角度位置控制系统;利用STM32的捕获定时中断提供速度准确估算,为提高角度校正的精度,引入了定时器通道内置的异或逻辑并节约了中断接口,最终转换角度为定时脉冲,实现精确的角度控制;实验结果表明其高速情况角度最大误差在0.2°,低速下角度最大误差0.07°,具有较高精度,足以满足工程需要,为实现角度优化控制算法提供了基础。 In view of high resolution requirement of angle control for switched reluctance motor, an angle control system with high reso- lution is designed and implemented. The capture mode timer is used to provide accurate estimation of rotor speed and the XOR operator inside timer is used to improve the accuracy of angle correction, also, it save the interrupt interface. Finally, the angles are converted to numbers of timer tick then high accurate angle control is implemented. The experimental results show the angles control system has high accuracy for its maximum angle errors are 0. 2° at high speed and 0. 07° at low speed, which meets the requirement of engineer and provide a foundation for implement of optimal angle control algorithm.
