光偏转法测量各向异性材料热扩散率的理论探讨
Theoretical study of photodeflection method to measure thermal diffusivity of anisotropic materials
摘要
在理论上分析了各向异性材料的光热效应 ,给出各向异性样品在吸收光谱辐射后的温度场分布 。
The photothermal effect of anisotropic materials is analyzed. The temperature field in the anisotropic sample induced by a light radiation is derived. A photodeflection method to determine ansotropic diffusivities is presented.
