摘要
报道了双乙酰的电分析方法 .通过邻苯二胺与双乙酰在室温条件下的缩合反应 ,形成的 C=N双键 ,在 NH3-NH4Cl( p H9)缓冲溶液中 ,产生良好的二次导数极谱波 .测定双乙酰浓度范围为 5.0× 1 0 - 7~ 1 .0×1 0 - 4 mol/L,最低检测限可达 3 .0× 1 0 - 7mol/L.该方法已成功用于测定双乙酰 ,具有快速简便。
In this paper,a new method for the determination of diacetyl by single sweep oscillopolarography has been estabished.In 0.4 mol/L NH 3H 2O 0.8 mol/L NH 4Cl(pH9)buffer solution,a sensitive polarographic reductive wave of condensate of diacetyl and ophenylene diamine appears at 0.86 V(VS.SCE).The second derivative peak current is directly proportional to the concentration of diacetyl in the range of 5.0×10 -7 ~1.0×10 -4 mol/L.The detection limit of 3.0×10 -7 mol/L for diacetyl has been obtained.The method has been successfully applied to the determination of diacetyl and proved to be single, sensitive and rapid.
