摘要
论述了火电厂锅炉吹灰程控装置的结构组成、生产工艺流程、微机PLC控制的硬件构成及主要功能和控制软件的设计与应用.实践证明:采用可编程序控制器(PLC)技术改造锅炉吹灰程控装置是节约用煤、减少故障、提高炉效的投资少、见效快的捷径.
The system structure and manufacturing process of boiler ash-blowing program control equipment in thermo -electric power plants are introduced, and the hardware make-up,main functions, software design and the use of micro-computer PLC control seystem are also presented. The practical appliance shows that by adopting PLC renovation, the boiler ash -blowing program control equipment in thermo -electric power plants is an efficient way to save coals, reduce accidents and increase profits.
