卧式内燃锅壳式燃油燃气锅炉设计的若干问题

Some Main Problems in Designing of Horizontal Shell Boiler in Which Oil or Gas is Burnt

针对卧式内燃锅壳式燃油燃气锅炉设计中若干问题的分析，给出了炉膛传热的一种计算方法和烟箱隔热问题的处理建议，指出了炉型选择、烟管布置方面要注意的问题，同时推荐了高温回程烟管的较佳直径和高效传热元件的使用范围．

On the basis of analysing some main problems in designing of horizontal shell boiler in which oil or gas is burnt, the proposals of heat transfer calculation methods of furnace and heat insulating problem of smokebox are made. The problems in choosing the type and distributing the smoke tube are presented. More econodric diameter of smoke tube in high temperature flow path and an effcient range of greater efficiency heat transfer parts are proposed.
