摘要
采用高纯(99.9%)超细(0.01~1μm)Al2O3粉末,添加质量分数为1.0%的MgO经1750℃常压烧结制备透明Al2O3陶瓷,借助光电透光度仪、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)对透光率和组织结构进行了测试分析.结果表明,本试验所得Al2O3透明陶瓷的透光率为58%,而气孔、第二相以及晶界尺寸是影响透光率的重要因素.
Ultrafine(0.01 ~ 1μm) Al2O3(>99.9%) powder doped with 1.0 mass fraction MgO was used to prepare translucent cerandcs by pressless sintering at 1750℃ .The transndssivity and microstructure of this material were investigated by means of photoelectricity transndssivity meter,SEM and TEM respectively. The results showed that the transmissivity is at level of about 58% and that the main factors are ports, second phase and the size of grain boundaries.
