通过对玻瓷砖生产中干法制粉施釉及坯釉一次成型工艺的研究 ,利用X RAYS ,电镜等实验手段 ,从产品微观组织结构及宏观性能特征上证明 ,采用该工艺是合理的 ,得到的产品性能稳定 ,具有高抗折强度 ,低气孔率 ,耐磨性高、色彩均匀柔和 ,外观质量好 ,坯釉结合好。

By the study of the technics of dry method milling,glazing and once moulding between matrix and glazing,and with the X rays and SEA methods, it is testified that using the new technics is in reasonable and advanced by the study of the microstructure and macroscopieial performance and character.The performance of the product is stable and the link between matrix and glazing is excellent.
