This paper briefly analysed the application situation of the Computer Aided Design(CAD) and discussed some problems, pointed out the feature of CAD and some development policy, based on the practices about application of the Computer Aided Design in Guangxi. At last the author of this paper gave three propositions about the development and application of the CAD.
