摘要 三门峡水轮机是由于水中泥沙引起的汽蚀所造成的快速破坏。《中德合作三门峡电站抗磨研究与技术改造》用轴面流速来计算磨损率是概念性错误 ,它仅仅用转轮室水平面积的增大 ,而不考虑过机流量的增大来计算磨损率 ,因此其磨损率不是减小了 ,实际是增大了。它删改了C 伊尔盖斯的磨损率计算公式用以解释水轮机破坏是不应该的。因为三门峡水轮机是个汽蚀破坏问题 。 The rapid damage of the Sanmenxia Kaplan turbine is caused by cavitation in sand laden water,but not caused by abrasion of sand in the flowing water “Erosion Research and Rehabilitation”uses the meridional velocity to caculate the rate of abrasion,this is wrong in basic concept “Erosion Research and Rehabilitation”only uses the enlargement of the horizonital area of the discharge ring to caculate the rate of abrasion,but not considers the enlarge of the flow rate Therefore the rate of abrasion is not reduced,but also the rate of abrasion is increased Therefore it is wrong in elementary knowledge “Erosion Research and Rehabilitation”revised the C IRGAIZ formula Using the revised formula to explain the damage of the turbine parts in not right Because this is a cavitation problem anti abrasion coat is not uesful for it and it will be harmful
