摘要
目的探讨N-cadherin、E-cadherin和p63在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达及三者与临床病理因素的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测131例宫颈癌及30例正常宫颈组织中N-cadherin、E-cadherin和p63的表达。结果 131例宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中N-cadherin、E-cadherin和p63的阳性率均与宫颈癌的组织分化、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移以及术后复发有关(P<0.05),而均与年龄无关(P>0.05)。30例正常宫颈上皮组织细胞不表达N-cadherin,而E-cadherin和p63则呈强阳性表达;N-cadherin强阳性表达患者生存期明显低于阴性表达者,E-cadherin、p63阴性表达患者生存期明显低于强阳性表达者。结论 N-cadherin高表达和E-cadherin、p63的低表达与宫颈癌的发生、发展和转移相关,检测N-cadherin、E-cadherin和p63的表达可能是预测宫颈癌恶性程度及预后的重要指标之一。
Purpose To investigate the expression of N-cadherin, E-cadherin and p63 protein in cervical spuamous cell carcinoma and the relationship between their expression and clinicopathologic parameters and the prognosis. Methods Immuohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of N-cadherin, E-cadherin and p63 in 131 cervical spuamous cell carcinoma and 30 normal cervical tissues. Results N-cadherin, E-cadherin and p63 positive expression rates in 131 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissue samples were associated significantly with tumor differentiation, clinical stages, lymph node metastasis and postoperative recurrence (P 〈 0.05), but had no relationship with age (P 〉 0. 05). 30 cases of normal cervical epithelial cells didnt express N-cadherin and E-cad- herin and p63 was strong positive expression. The survival of patients with strong positive expression of N-cadherin was significantly lower than those with negative expression of N-cadherin, however, the survival of patients with negative expression of E-cadherin and p63 was significantly lower than those with strofig positive expression of E-cadherin and p63. Conclusion The low expression of E- cadherin, p63 and high expression of N-eadherin may play a role in cervical cancer carcinogenesis and metastasis. Detection of the ex- pression level of N-eadherin, E-eadherin and p63 could be one of the important markers for predicting the metastasis and prognosis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
