Green Sand System Design and Anaysis for Improved Iron Casting Quality

用系统工程的方法设计出粘土型砂系统和输入、输出、反馈等内容 ,并以成都地区 44家工厂大的型砂系统为例 ,分析了型砂性能与铸件质量间的关系 ,揭示出该地区型砂生产的主要问题 ,给出了大系统最优性能的处理方法。

The author used system engineering for the design of a system of green molding sand and input、output and feedback.The paper took the green molding sand of 44 foundry works of Chengdu as a big system.The relationship between properties of molding sand and casting qualities was analysed.A crux of molding sand problems in this area was revealed,as well as the sand property optimization was processed.
