摘要
通过对合金类和氧化物类以及其它化合物超导体的电负性的平均效应进行研究 ,发现它们具有很好的规律性 ,如合金类超导体的电负性平均效应值 χ介于 1 5至 1 9之间 ;氧化物超导体中各正价元素电负性的平均效应的η值介于 1 3至 1 6之间 ;负价元素 (氧 )的总体平均效应ζ值介于 1 75至 2 0 0之间 ,而这两者的平均值x介于 1 5至 1 8之间 ,当η和ζ都处于极限值 ( 1 3或 1 6和 1 75或 2 0 0 )附近时 ,Tc 较低 ,甚至不超导 ;其它化合物超导体的 η值偏大或偏小 ,而ζ值都偏小 ,因此Tc 都较低。另外 ,对非超导体氧化物的电负性进行了对比分析 。
By studying the average effect of the eletronegativity of alloy superconductors,oxide superconductors,and other chemical compound superconducrors,empirical rule is found The value of the average effect of the electronegativity of SC alloy is from 1 5 to 1 9,the value of the average effect of the electronegativity for positive ion(η) from 1 3 to 1 6 and the contribution of the oxygens electronegativity to every element(ζ) from 1 75 to 2 00 in oxide superconductors,and the average value of η and ζ(χ) is from 1 5 to 1 8 When η and ζ are close to the limit value(1 3 or 1 6 and 1 75 or 2 00),the T c is very low,or even without superconducting property The η of other chemical conpound superconductors is either too large or too small and the ζ of them is too small to form a high T c superconductor The average effect of the electronegativity of non super conductors is also studied,it verifies the rule further
