胃癌组织中CD1a^+树突状细胞密度和血管内皮生长因子表达及其相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨胃癌组织中CD1a^+树突状细胞密度和VEGF表达及其与胃癌临床病理特征间的关系,并探究其在胃癌组织中表达的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学双染法检测60例胃癌组织及相应癌旁组织中CD1a^+DCs、VEGF的表达。结果:胃癌组织中CD1a^+DCs浸润密度略低于癌旁组织(P>0.05),但差异无统计学意义;胃癌中CD1a^+DCs密度与浸润深度、肿瘤分化、TNM分期程度有关(P<0.05)。胃癌组织VEGF的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.01),胃癌中VEGF的表达与肿块大小(P<0.05)、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期程度有关(P<0.01)。CD1a^+DCs与VEGF表达呈负相关(r=-3.08,P<0.01)。结论:CD1a^+DCs随着胃癌恶性程度增加和肿瘤的进展而减少;VEGF在胃癌组织中高表达,VEGF的表达随着胃癌的进展而增高,对其表达与检测有助于判断胃癌的预后。 Objective: This study aims to observe the density of CDla+DCs and VEGF expression level and their correlation in gastric carcinoma. In addition, the correlation of CD l a+DCs and VEGF expression with the clinico-pathological characteristics of gastric carcinoma was simultaneously studied. Methods: The expressions of CDla and VEGF in paraffin-embedded samples from 60 gastric carcinoma tissues and 20 paired cancer-adjacent tissues were double-stained via the immunohistochemical method. Results: The infiltrating density of CD 1 a+DCs in gastric carcinoma correlated with depth of invasion, patho-type of tumor, and TNM classification (P〈 0.05). The expression level of VEGF was significantly higher than that of normal mucosa (P〈0.01). The expression level of VEGF also correlated with tumor sizes (P〈0.05), depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, and TNM classification (P〈0.01). The density of CD 1 a+ DCs negatively correlated with VEGF expression (r=-3.08, P〈0.01). Conelusion: The lower density of CDla+DCs was associnated with a higher grade of malignancy and progression of gastric carcinoma. VEGF was highly expressed in gastric carcinoma, which is linked with development of gastric carcinoma. Therefore, both the density of CD 1 a+DCs and VEGF expression level may serve as prognostic factors in gastric carcinoma.
