摘要
通过对新型的发动机前油封产品的重点工序质量规划,描述了该产品在熔炼、压铸、机械加工、清洗以及密封检验等重要工序中需要控制的特性及控制的手段,阐述了在正确规划下完成样件的生产,可以提高劳动生产率、降低生产成本,以及控制计划和FMEA(失效模式和后果分析)在汽车压铸零件生产中的积极意义。介绍了汽车压铸零件技术和管理有机结合的典型案例。
The technology and quality layout of a new engine front flange were described, and the control features and measurements in melting 、die casting、 machining、washing and airproof inspect were pointed out. The production of the front flange under rational plan conditions could improve labor rate and decrease the product cost. Meanwhile, the positive effects of control plan and FMEA in producing die casting parts for automobile were expounded. Typical case of die casting technology integrated effectively with management in automobile parts was introduced.
