摘要
介绍了某商用车新型镁合金方向盘芯骨铸件的结构特点,运用铸造CAE技术进行镁芯骨铸件压铸工艺优化设计与开发。针对铸件裂纹及气孔缺陷,分析成因并进行铸件结构及工艺改进。通过试制及单品性能检测,验证了其改进的有效性。
According to the stuctural features of the die casting new-type magnesium alloy steering wheel for the Dongfeng commercial vehicles, the process optimization and the development of the components were conducted with the aid of casting CAE . The casting defects, such as crack,porosity, and formation origination were analyzed. Based on the analysis, casting structure and process were modified. By trial production and the performance testing of the magnesium alloy steering wheel, it was proved that the improvement of the process design and the structure of the casting were effective.
