摘要
目的利用3.0 T磁共振头颈部三维时间飞跃法(3D TOF)MRA和增强(CE)MRA成像分析原始三叉动脉(PTA)的特点及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析自2008年6月至2011年12月来本院行头部MRA检查的4762例患者的MRA图像,并根据Saltzman分型和Uchino分型进行分型。结果共检出PTA 16例,发生率为0.34%。Saltzman分型1型8例,2型3例,3型3例,2例不能分型。Uchino分型外侧型11例,内侧型2例。10例合并头颈部其他血管变异。结论 3.0 T磁共振头颈部MRA可清晰显示及全面评价PTA,对临床具有重要指导意义。
Objective To explore the feature and clinical significance of head and neck MRA on persistent primitive trigeminal artery(PTA) at 3 T MR.Methods We retrospectively reviewed 3D TOF MRA and CE MRA images from 4762 consecutive patients in our hospital between September 2008 and December 2011.All MRA images were evaluated in a blinded manner independently by two experienced neuroradiologists.The PTA was classified by Saltzman and Uchino criteria.Results 16 cases of PTA were detected by MRA.The prevalence of PTA was 0.34%.8 cases were Saltzman 1,3 cases were Saltzman 2 and 3 cases were Saltzman 3.11 cases were lateral type and 2 were medial according to Uchino criteria.10 cases of PTA were coexisted with other vessels variants of head and neck.Conclusion PTA could be showed clearly by MRA,which could provide useful information in the diagnosis and treatment.
