摘要
研究了成孔剂PEG的分子量对PPC(PU ,PEG ,Ciprofloxacin)缓释膜片体外动态释放速率的影响。用蒸馏水为缓释液 ,在振荡条件下对PPC膜片进行了体外释放。结果表明 :当PEG分子量小于 1 0 0 0 0时 ,随着分子量增加 ,其药物释放速率加快 ;当分子量超过 1 0 0 0 0时 ,随着分子量增加 ,其药物释放速率反而降低。但PEG2 0 0 0 0初期无暴释现象 ,既能达到杀菌的最低浓度要求 ,而且还能维持较长时间的杀菌浓度 。
This experiment studied the effecting of Pore former PEG varies molecular to heterogeneous ciprofloxacin matrix system PPC(PU,PEG,Ciprofloxacin)releasing rates. The releasing rates of ciprofloxacin of PPC matrix into deionized water at room temperrature under shaking operated at 86 RPM to ensure good mixing with a shaker device was studied.The results indicated that the releasing rates increaed with PEG molecular increaing when PEG molecular under 10000,and the releasing rates decreased with PEG molecular increaing when PEG molecular exceeding 10000.
