摘要
目的:探讨二氧化锆全瓷冠的临床修复效果。方法:选择68例患者共88颗二氧化锆修复的全瓷单冠进行随访,参照美国公共健康协会修订的标准进行评估。结果:88颗二氧化锆全瓷冠在牙龈健康、颜色、继发龋、边缘适合性等方面表现优良,有5例6个二氧化锆瓷冠出现饰瓷的崩瓷或裂纹,1个牙因根折而拔除。结论:二氧化锆全瓷冠具有良好的临床修复效果,但饰瓷有折裂的风险。
Objective：To summarize the experience and clinical restoration effects of zirconia ceramic crowns. Method： 68 patients with 88 teeth treated with porcelain-veneered zireonia single crowns were included. The restorations and the supporting teeth were scrutinized according to the modified criteria of USPHS （United States Public Health Service）. Result： The clinical outcome of the crowns was favourable. 6 veneer fracture were occurred in 5 patients, and one abutment tooth was extracted because of root fracture. Conclusion： The porcelain-veneered zirconia crowns showed good clinical re- suits, but veneer fracture could be occurred.
