摘要
对柠檬酸发酵废液开发糖化酶制剂进行了初步探索。实验表明 ,获得的菌粉具有较高糖化力 ,最适作用温度为 6 0℃ ,最适 pH值为 4.6 ,菌粉酶活达 45 0 0单位 /克干菌体。可用于酒精生产 ,对降低柠檬酸生产的污染负荷和成本具有实际意义。
In this paper, a first seeking was made by exploitation of saccharifying enzyme from spent liquid of citric acid fermentation The experiment shows that the bacterial powder of getting has high saccharifying power. The optimum temperature is 60 ℃ and the optimum pH is 4.6. The activity of bacterial powder amounts to 4500 u/g dry bacterial powder. If it is used in alcohol production, the pollution loading and the final cost of citric acid production can be decreased by exploitation.
