腹股沟疝无张力修补术后感染分析 被引量：3

摘要 中国每年约有400 ～ 600万腹股沟疝患者,患病率为3％～5％[1].但是国内该类手术预防感染影响因素的研究较少,大部分数据来自于国外学者的研究结论.本研究围绕疝外科最关注的术后感染发生率和并发症两方面问题进行对比性研究.为腹股沟疝修补术抗菌药物预防使用提供循证医学证据.
