括约肌间瘘管结扎术与切开挂线术治疗复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效比较 被引量：44

摘要 近年来,由Rojanasakul等[1]最先确切描述的括约肌间瘘管结扎术（ligation of the intersphincteric fistula tract LIFT）,因其操作简单,术后肛门功能恢复好和较高的治愈率,在世界范围内得到了极大的推广.为了更好地探讨其对肛门功能及术后常见并发症的影响,我们对2010年9月至2011年11月期间,采用LIFT手术28例和切开挂线术46例治疗经括约肌肛瘘的临床资料和疗效进行回顾性总结,报道如下.
