完全腹腔镜下皮下通道型保留Oddi括约肌肝门胆管成形术二例 被引量：1

摘要 从上世纪90年代起,我院应用开放的皮下通道型保留Oddi括约肌的肝门胆管成形术（Oddi sphincter preserving cholangioplasty with hepatico-subcutaneous stoma,OSPCHS）治疗肝内胆管结石病取得良好的效果[1-3].近期我院采用了完全腹腔镜技术完成OSPCHS术（laporoscopic OSPCHS,LOSPCHS,胆囊型）2例,报道如下.
