固体返料气流-流化组合干燥器停留时间分布的研究 被引量:4

摘要 分析固体返料气流-流化组合式干燥系统在冷态下的停留时间分布,提出停留时间分布密度的计算式。就硫酸亚铁干燥的停留时间分布进行计算,结果表明:1)固体循环率对系统的停留时间分布无影响;2)在设备体积一定时,系统的停留时间分布受流化床室数,进料速率及侧线产品抽出率的影响,流化床室数增多,进料速率提高,均使系统的停留时间分布集中,但侧线产品的抽出,则使停留时间分散。 The residence time distribution for the compound dryer of flash and fluidization with circulating systems was investigated.The equation for residence time distribution was developed.The residence time distribution of drying FeSO 4·xH 2O was calculated.The results show that there is no effect of the rates of circulation on the residence time distribution.It is found that the higher the rates of inputting the material into the system and the more the mumber of rooms in the fluidized bed,the more concentrative the residence time distribution is .When the material was drown from the exit of flash-dryer,the residence time distribution of the system is more dispersive.
