摘要 采用分离式Hopkinson压杆对2195铝锂合金帽型试样进行动态加载以获取绝热剪切带。利用透射电镜分析动态加载后的试样微观结构变化。绝热剪切带中部的晶粒瞬间急剧细化形成纳米等轴晶,析出相完全溶解形成过饱和纳米固溶体。 In order to obtain adiabatic shear band, the split hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) was used for dynamic loading in hat-shaped specimen of 2195 A1-Li alloy. The microstructure evolution was investigated by transmission electron microscopy. The grains can be sharply refined to form equiaxed nanograins within adiabatic shear band. The precipitates were completely dissolved to form nanostructure supersaturated solid solution.
