摘要
利用数值分析法研究了初始裂纹长度、应力与应力比对常用结构钢Q235裂纹扩展特性及剩余寿命的影响,提出了基于初始裂纹长度与载荷的结构损伤容限分析方法,弥补了传统S-N曲线设计方法的不足,对含裂纹结构的寿命预测与维修周期的确定有指导意义。
The crack growth characteristics and residual life of Q235 structural steel were studied using numerical analysis method. The structure damage tolerance analysis is presented based on the initial crack length and load, which is made up for the shortcomings of the traditional S-N curve design method and is helpful to establish the lifetime prediction and maintenance cycle of structures with cracks.
