摘要 通过室温下单向拉伸和压缩试验研究了AZ31B镁合金挤压薄板的拉压不对称性。研究表明,在压缩过程中,孪生较拉伸易开动,单向压缩变形过程中产生的孪晶体积分数比拉伸大,使镁合金压缩屈服强度低于拉伸,导致镁合金薄板的拉压不对称性;对于挤压镁合金薄板,沿挤压方向和横向的压缩屈服强度均低于拉伸。 The yield asymmetry between compression and tension of AZ31B alloy extrusion sheet was studied by tensile and compressive testing at room temperature. The research show that twinning is more activated easily in the process of compression than that of tension. Because the twinning volume fraction by unidirectional compressive deformation is more than that by uniaxial tension, the compressive yield strength of the alloy is lower than tensile yield strength, leading to the yield asymmetry of AZ31B alloy. For the alloy extrusion sheet, the compressive yield strength along the extrusion direction and transverse direction is lower than the tensile.
