摘要
采用XRD、DSC等对Al-Cu-Mg-Zn合金相变储热材料结构及热物理性能进行了表征。结果表明,Al-Cu-Mg-Zn共晶合金的相变温度和相变潜热分别为475.1℃和234.91kJ/kg。通过热循环试验,对合金的热循环稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,随着热循环次数的增加,合金相变温度缓慢升高,合金相变潜热逐渐下降;经历1000次热循环后,合金相变储热材料仍具有较好的稳定性。
The microstructure and thermo-physical properties of A1-Cu-Mg-Zn phase change thermal storage alloy were investigated by DSC and XRD. The results show that the melting temperature of the prepared alloy is 475.1 ℃ and the latent heat is 234.91 kJ/kg. The reliability of the alloy was also investigated by thermal cycling tests. The results show that the phase change temperature increases and the latent heat decreases with the thermal cycling time increasing. After 1000 thermal cycles, the eutectic alloy has a good reliability of thermal cycling.
