中频脉冲磁场对45钢材拉伸性能的影响研究

摘要 选用液压伺服万能试验机INSTRON850对45钢试件进行拉伸,拉伸过程中在试件实验段加一平行于试件轴向的中频脉冲磁场。将试件有磁场的拉伸结果与无磁场的拉伸结果进行分析比较,发现材料的强度变化不大,但塑性变形量增大很多。同时,应力曲线有类似于正弦波振动的出现,研究发现,这种现象有利于材料的塑性加工。 The tensile test of 45 steel was carried out on INSTRON8501 tensile device for hydraulic servo, and a intermediate frequency pulse axial magnetic field parallelling to the axle direction was added into the specimen in the process of experiment. The comparison results between the specimens are analyzed in magnetic field and without magnetic field, which show that the strength of the material has a little change, but the plastic deformation increases, and the stress curve is similar to the emergence of sine wave vibration. By the research, it is found that the phenomenon is good for the plastic working.
