摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜及力学性能等测试手段,研究了时效处理对Mg-6Zn-0.7Zr-0.5Cd-1.5Nd镁合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:Mg-6Zn-0.7Zr-0.5Cd-1.5Nd合金挤压后经T5处理后有球状的第二相粒子析出,使合金硬度和强度明显提高;经T5处理后合金的第二相有富集的趋势,使得耐蚀性能略有下降。
The effects of aging on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-6Zn-0.7Zr-0.5Cd-l.5Nd alloy were investigated by OM, SEM, TEM and mechanical property testing. The results show that: the hardness and strength of extruded Mg-6Zn-0.7Zr-0.5Cd-1.5Nd are markedly improved after T5 aging with the effect of spherically shaped second phase precipitating, while the corrosion resistance decreases slightly.
