摘要
对40CrNiMo钢进行不同工艺的热处理,并对其进行硬度、韧性及显微组织分析。结果表明,其最佳强化工艺为790℃淬火+550℃回火。
The heat treatment of 40CrNiMo steel under different process was carried out. The hardness, toughness and microscopic constitution of 40CrNiMo steel after heat treatment were analyzed. The results show that the optimal process for strengthening mechanism is quenching at 790 ℃ and then tempering at 550 ℃.
