The Extened DEA and Its Application to Making Economic Plan

提出了一种考虑所有投入有限加增的扩展DEA,并讨论在此情况下决策单元的相对有效性以及它与传统DEA在决策单元有效性方面的联系。对被评价为非有效的决策单元,也提出了一种改进方法以使之达到相对有效。更有意义的是,它可应用于决策者制定有效的经济发展计划。

This paper develops an extension to Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) allowing for inputs being increasing limitedly,and discusses the efficincy of Decision Making Units (DMUs) in such case,as well as relations between it and its original in efficiency of DMUs.For DMUs being evaluated as inefficient,it addresses an improvement procedure to enable them to be efficient.Significantly it may be employed to make plan of economic development for decision maker.
