摘要
在将Fe3+、Al3+、Mg2+、F-杂质中的三种固定为平均含量水平、而另一杂质处于一定浓度范围内变化的条件下,用化学试剂配制模拟湿法磷酸,用旋转粘度计测定了其氨化料浆的流变性。结果既研究了个别杂质的特殊性,又研究了多个杂质的协同效应对料浆流变性的影响。由实验所得的流变曲线,分别获得了Fe3+、Al3+、Mg2+、F-存在下磷铵料浆的流变方程。
The effect of impurities(Fe 3+ 、Al 3+ 、Mg 2+ 、F -) in the simulating wet-process phosphoric acid (SWPA) on the rheological behavior of the ammoniated slurry has been studied. The SWPA was prepared with pure chemical reagents. In the ammoniation experiement, the rate of flow for NH 3(g) was 160L/h, and the concentration of three impurities in the SWPA were fixed on the average level while the other one was varied. By using of a rotating-cylinder viscometer, the rheological curves were determined at 50℃. After the regression analysis of the experiemental data, a mathematical model expressing the effects of impurities on the rheological behavior of ammoniated slurry was obtained.
