阻生下颌第三磨牙拔除时误入邻近组织间隙的临床分析与自制吸引/钳取装置在取出中的应用

Clinical Study of Extraction of Impacted Mandibular Third Molar in Adjacent Tissue Space with Self-made Attract/clamp Device

目的:分析阻生下颌第三磨牙拔除时误入邻近组织间隙的原因,诊断与处理方法,并对自制的吸引/钳取装置在异位阻生牙取出中的作用作出评价。方法:对11例误入邻近组织间隙的患者进行临床分析,设计合理的手术进路,使用自制吸引/钳取装置取出患牙,并记录下手术取出时间。结果:所有患者选用合理的手术进路,配合自制吸引/钳取装置的使用,均将患牙顺利取出,平均耗时13.5min。结论:本文在分析、诊断与处理过程中,有3项新的发现,且发明的吸引/钳取装置有制作简单,取材方便,效果优良等特点,这些工作为异位患牙的顺利取出起到了至关重要的作用。

Objective： To analyze the reason o{ the displacement of an impacted mandibular third molar into adja- cent tissue space during extraction as well as its diagnosis and treatment. Methods： Clinical analysis was applied to 11 cases with displacement of teeth into adjacent tissues space of the patients. Reasonable operative approach and self--made attract/clamp device were used for extraction of the teeth, and the operation time was recorded. Results： All teeth were extracted successfully within 13.5 minutes averagely. Conclusion： Three new discoveries were found during the analysis, diagnosis and treatment process. Besides, the manufacture of the device is very simple, conven- ient and effective.
