5-羟色胺与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征关系的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)患者睡眠中反复发生上气道完全或不完全阻塞,进而导致频繁呼吸暂停或低通气。近年来研究提示,中枢神经递质5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytyptamine,5-HT)与睡眠呼吸暂停的发生密切相关。现就相关研究进展作一综述。
