次氯酸钙饼剂在饮用水消毒中应用 被引量:5

摘要 针对我国村镇供水工程对消毒技术的需求,采用消毒效果可靠、设备管理简单的次氯酸钙消毒。次氯酸钙消毒由次氯酸钙复配饼剂以及自动化加药器构成。针对次氯酸钙消毒进行了实验室模拟水厂试验,试验结果表明在管道流量为9m3/h时,投加药量为0.3~0.5L/h即可达到国家饮用水卫生标准对出厂水消毒剂余氯要求的限值0.3mg/L,且有效氯浓度稳定、衰减慢。在模拟水厂试验的基础上,将次氯酸钙消毒设施投入水厂实际应用,以廊坊广阳区万庄南水厂为例,探讨次氯酸钙消毒设施的实际运行效果以及最佳运行工况。实际应用表明次氯酸钙消毒效果可靠,设备简单方便,无需设备维护,运行费用低,吨水处理成本约0.012 5元。因此,次氯酸钙饼状消毒剂配备专用自动化加药器在村镇供水工程中具有较大的推广价值。 According to the needs of rural water supply projects, a reliable calcium hypochlorite briquettes and easy management teea-er are studied in this paper. Calcium hypochlorite disinfection is composed by calcium hypoehlorite briquettes and automated pulsar 1 feeder. Simulated water plant test is carried out in laboratory. Results show that the dosage of calcium hypochlorite 0. 3 ~ 0. 5 L/h with pipe flow 9 m~/h, the water can reach the limits residual chlorine value 0. 3mg/L required by the national drinking water health standards; the available chlorine is stable and decays slowly. Based on simulated water plant test, calcium hypochlorite disinfection is applied in Wanzhuang South Water Plant in Langfang. Optimal operating condition and continual running condition are examined in this paper. The practical application results show that the calcium hypochlorite disinfection method is reliable, simple and with less equipment maintenance, low running costs, the running cost is 0. 012 5 yuan/m^3. Therefore, calcium hypochlorite briquettes with special pulsar 1 feeder have a greater promotion value in rural water supply projects.
