摘要
农田水利设施是农业基础设施中最重要的基础设施之一,对改善农业生产条件,减少农业生产成本,蓄水排涝和缓解旱情有着重要作用,是保障粮食安全的重要保证。以衡南县为例,采用实地考察法、问卷调查法和个别访谈的方法,对衡南县水里设施建设状况进行调查,并对调查结果进行了统计分析。得出了水利建设存在的诸多问题,提出治理和改善这些问题的若干对策。
The agricultural infrastructure of irrigation and water conservancy facilities is one of most important infrastructures which play an important role in improving agricultural production conditions and reducing the cost of agricultural production and water drainage and drought mitigation. They are important guarantees of food safety. By using the field survey method, questionnaire sur-vey, combined with individual interview method, existing problems of water facilities construction and management in Hengnan County are investigated and analyzed. The countermeasures of management are also proposed in Hengnan County.
