近年来,伴随"国进民退"探讨的深入,一些应警惕和反思的问题逐渐暴露出来。"国进民退"的命题使国有企业和私营企业成为此消彼长、相互对立的两方,但二者绝不是只能相互争斗而不能共存共荣的关系。国有企业和私营企业有许多共同利益,二者的发展需要在认清二者及其与官僚资本、外国垄断资本关系的基础上,通过各自的改革来实现,并在互助合作、有序竞争中,共同促进中国经济的发展。

In recent years, as the discussion of the topic of ＂the state advances while the private sector retreats＂ becomes more intense, some issues which should be alert to and reflected on are gradually exposed. The proposition of ＂the state advances while the private sector retreats＂ makes the state-owned enterprises and the private enterprises become the opposite sides, the success of one side would result in the failure of the other; however, the relationship between these two sides is not only a fighting relationship that cannot coexist for common prosperity. Both state-owned enterprises and private enterprises have many common interests, their developments have to be realized through their own reforms and on the basis of being aware of their relationship and the relationship between them and the bureaucrat-capital and foreign monopoly capital, so as to jointly promote the develop- ment of China＇ s economy through their mutual assistance and cooperation in the orderly competition.
