深刻认识和准确把握社会管理创新是对检察工作提出的新要求;充分发挥检察机关在社会管理创新中的职能作用,是摆在检察机关面前的一项重大课题。派驻基层检察室是实现检力下沉、延伸法律监督触角的一种社会管理创新实现方式。本文从界定派驻基层检察室和社会管理创新的概念入手,分析了检察室在参与社会管理创新中的现实障碍,探讨了检察室立足于检察机关、坚持重心下移的职能定位及其在社会管理创新中的作用。

Profound understanding and accurate grasp of social management innovation is the innovation of procuratorial work to the new requirement;to give full play to the procuratorial organ in the innovation of social management function of the procuratorial organ,is placed in front of a major issue.The room is in basic level power sinking,extending legal supervision antenna is a kind of social management innovation to realize a way.This paper defined the presence of local procuratorial room and social management innovation concepts,analyzes the room in participation in social management innovation in the real obstacle,discussed the chamber based on the procuratorial organ,to focus the functions and role in the innovation of social management.
